Meme-y stuff - 30 Day Meme. Day 2

Okay, so I've found out that this meme is not a month old as I originally thought, but 3 YEARS old.
I'm spectacularly slow on the uptake with this, even by my standards!!!

But, hey-ho, on to day 2 (give or take 3 years)

Day 2 - Your Favourite Movie.

Got to say this is an impossible question to answer, there are so many great movies and some I love for all sorts of reasons enough to watch over and over again.  My top five would probably be (in no particular order):

The Lord of the Rings Trilogy
The Shawshank Redemption
The Green Mile
The Dish
The Boat That Rocked

That's the best I can do, sorry!

Ah The Dish, I loved that film. Paul hated the Green Mile because he couldn't hack the magic parts but I thought it was so good and cried like a baby. I haven't yet watched Shawshank! *hangs head in shame*

Oh, I adore The Dish, it's such a sweet, funny little film.

Shawshank is brilliant - if you liked The Green Mile, you'd like Shawshank. Paul would probably enjoy it too, because there's no magic in it, it's all about the power of the human spirit.

Trust me, you're not the only one who fell apart at the end of The Green Mile! *points to self*

Michael Clarke Duncan is dead now isn't he? So sad. He was brilliant in that part.

Yes, he is. So sad.

Shawshank Redemption is definitely in my top 5. My hubby teases me because I always used to call it the Shawshank Redemption Center by accident.
