It's not actually sunburn, it's mostly just being flushed and rosy from the heat!

If you have aloe vera, put some on your face. Or use some yoghurt as salve or wrap it in a piece of cloth.

As I said to Amb, it's not actually sunburn, just overheating and sweating like a racehorse!!!

Drink lots of ice water or ice tea and maybe an ice pack on the back of your neck. I'm glad it's not a sunburn. :)

Luckily it wasn't sunburn, just being very flushed from heat and exertion. I'm fully recovered now - back to my usual typically British pasty complexion :)
