Oh man, I have woken up in the middle of the night with leg cramps. It is not a fun thing. I really feel for Dean in this instance. It's a good thing he had Sammy there to massage out the cramps. But to hit with several in one night. That is not a good thing. Someone told me once that leg cramps are a result of a lack of a certain mineral in our body (of whose name I cannot remember right now). But yes, Dean should really cut down on his salt intake a little. I'm sure that is not helping him out.
