Oh, wow! This was amazing and ridicously well written. I loved how there was a complete story here, you drew me in with Dean's voice message and then you managed to slather Dean with every kink I have (shivering, hurt, drunk...)! I adored this - definitely one of my recent favourites. And then you hit us with the reasoning. Dean was scared crapless that Sammy was going to leave him, oh, Dean... Sam isn't going anywhere willingly. You had their voices down perfecty and actually that just about sums this up this fic - perfect. Thank you for writing and sharing this, although poor you being sick. *Hugs*
