I love the picture you depict in regards to this douchebag. I will definitely think about that when I have to deal with this customer. Hopefully I won't have to ever talk to this guy again. My co-worker, the sales guy over this customer asked me what he could do. I told him that I just want him to take care of this guy, to make sure he is satisfied and that he won't ever have cause to treat any of us like that again. I'm not sure he said anything to the customer about his behavior, but he is all business with him and will hopefully ensure everything gets taken care of. I do love your description though, that does help me when thinking about this. Thanks. And you are right, he is a bully and coward, especially when he didn't repeat any of his demands or threats when he talked to the sales guy. I guess we women, and office people are just special like that and get the privilege of being the recipients of poor behavior. Lucky me. :/
